(Sanchar Vihar CGHS Ltd.), popularly known as Sanchar Vihar Apartments, is a residential co-operative group housing society located at Plot No. 15, Sector 4, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, opposite Delhi Public School, Dwarka. In the Sector 4 plot listing, Sanchar Vihar sits at Plot No. 15, between Hum Sub Apartment (Plot No. 14) and DPS Apartment (Plot No. 16), in one of the earliest developed sectors of the Dwarka sub-city.
The society is registered with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of NCT of Delhi (South Zone). It is one of the group of 48 societies whose membership and allotment were cleared and regularised by the Registrar, after which flats were allotted to members through the society's own draw.
The complex offers spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes in multi-storey towers, with lifts, power backup, round-the-clock security, a gated campus, parking, green areas, a children's play area and a jogging track. Delhi Public School is right across the road, the Sector 12 metro station is about 2 km away, and markets, hospitals and everyday shopping are all close by.
The society is run by an elected Managing Committee under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003. The Committee looks after maintenance, security, finances and the upkeep of common areas and services, and aims to keep Sanchar Vihar a safe, clean, green and harmonious place to live. Suggestions and participation from all members and residents are always welcome.
